Swimming in Noisy Horizons
Poetic Noise

Live improvisation session with Omarleen and Absala, an experimental sound session rooted in improvisation and collaboration. You can expect a drony, dreamy, poetic and noisy atmosphere.
We have a shared history of music improvisation together and with other friends since 2021. With electronic sounds and noise from Omarleen and acoustic rhythms and tunes by Absala.
This show is aimed at supporting the publishing of the book (الوشم على الساقية) by Absala and Jumana.
A correspondence in the tale between two friends, their relation in writing.
Writing bodies on waves, conjugated by long waves of storytellers that take water tales and implace their feathers in the world of ears, to change, influence the flow of the dream (living).
These tales, mostly recorded from Palestinian old women, form the rupture in the picture, tales look at reality folded behind the tent, folded by the stars’ own hands with shining elements. Individuals weave these lines of the streamy consciousness that takes flower from the mouth. Mountains, vallies calls the human to be born, third hand weaves, third eye sees. And the flower to be born from the seed.
